excellent apartment stay
helpful staff comfortable beds
The apartment was a great size and had parking available on-site. we found the beds comfortable and appreciated having tvs in all rooms. the staff were pleasant and helpful. I am grateful for that.
gaining access was a bit confusing initially. there was no clear signage indicating check-in should occur at the holiday inn next door. i hope this issue gets resolved .

The room was neat. It was tidy and the bed provided comfortable rest. the bathroom featured nice fixtures and added to the overall positive experience. i found everything to be clean and well kept.

jesmond metro station is a few minutes walk from the apartments. there are three metro stations close to each other. a full-day ticket is £5.90, useful for area trips. the city centre is a short distance away.

The kitchenette was equipped with a microwave and two-ring hotplate. It offered convenient self-catering options. i also saw a mini fridge and a dishwasher, though we did not use it. kitchen equipment included crockery, cutlery, and saucepans.

the breakfast next door at the holiday inn was superb. the location was ideal. the room was a one bed apartment with a separate lounge and cooking facilities.
the apartment overall felt tired.

i found excellent facilities in the studio i booked. the staff was very nice when checking in and out through the adjacent holiday inn. the studio was very cosy! i really appreciated the comfortable bed and modern bathroom facilities. clean spaces and available parking really sealed the deal.

helpful staff metro station useful lounge
the staff helped me a lot, especially with the self-service laundry and the loungewith a laptop and printer. the location is convenient, near the jesmond metro station. i appreciated the starbucks next to the reception.
the decor looked a bit worn, and the lighting in my room was somewhat dim.

wonderful stay!
great location tasty breakfast free parking friendly staff
The apartment was so close to the metro and main roads, it made getting around super easy. breakfast at the holiday inn next door was such a treat, with lots of tasty options. i could even park without any extra fee thanks to the hotel's deal with the holiday inn. staff at the hotel was friendly and quick. Check-in and check-out was speedy.
the kitchen only had one pan, i hoped for two.

missing oven insufficient towels
the kitchenette lacked an oven, which i found inconvenient. also, there were not enough towels provided for the number of guests. i thought both things were a miss.
